Way to Go Bulldogs!
The gas company is present and re-evaluating all of our systems. The source of the leak has been identified and addressed. Chase High School Students will remain at CGS learning today. When the final all-clear is given we will return to the building.
ALL STUDENTS AND STAFF ARE SAFE! There is a gas smell in the High School Science Lab again, we have moved the students and their belongings to CGS and classes are continuing as normal. Please call the district office or CGS with questions. We are waiting to have it checked out and will update you as information is available.
SEW Cute! Intro to FACS students complete their Clothing and Fashion unit by sewing pillow cases. Students learned the many steps in garment construction.

After months of building, planting, and tending to the animals, Ag Ed and Culinary Arts students got to enjoy the fruits of their labor! Omelets were the meal of choice - all eggs produced by chickens from the USD 401 school farm!! 🍳

Congratulations to CHS students Ali Black (2nd place) and Cameron Williams (3rd place) on their awards and recognition at the CPL League Art Competition last week. Students enjoyed creating a duck tape sculpture and other works of art during their day. Great work students and Mr. Frost!

The Kansas Department of Education's Vision is that "All Kansas students are engaged in quality career pathways to prepare them for a lifetime of opportunities as productive and responsible citizens." CTE plays a powerful role in preventing students from dropping out and provides a variety of opportunities for postsecondary success and employment, including pathways to a bachelor’s degree.
The water is back on at Chase Grade School! Thanks in part to dedicated community members! We are so very grateful for the support our schools receive to keep us open and running smoothly!
Attendance is open to all students who will be starting kindergarten. Spend the day learning about a kindergartener's daily routine with Miss Cook and her class on Friday, April 26th.

The track meet scheduled for tomorrow, April 25th at Ellinwood has been postponed due to incoming weather. When a new date is decided on, we will share the information.

Raining Kats & Dog Day - Monday, April 22nd. Students will be picking up trash, promoting Chase Fest, cleaning and organizing outside buildings & city-wide clean-up. Please dress appropriately for the weather as staff and students will be working outside.
