USD 401 Appreciates South Central Community Foundation Grant's that provide valuable extra's that make teaching and learning more accessible for our schools!
Just wanted to let everyone know how great the South Central Community Foundation is, and a special thank you to everyone that helps to support SCCF.
Chase USD 401 received one of the grants from SCCF and it was used to help both the Science and Math departments in their endeavors to educate our students.
We used the money to purchase two new document cameras. Those cameras made instruction easier for both teachers and students.
Thank you everyone that helped to make this purchase possible!

Don't forget about Football Camp today at 2:00 @ CHS. Hope you see you there.

Week 3 of summer weights is in the books! Been putting in lots of good work so far. Currently have 12 kids on pace for 75% attendance and these 3 have perfect attendance so far!!

Last day of FFA State Convention (05/30)!! Students enjoyed some of the local KSU shops in the morning and had lunch at Kites before attending the final session of the convention. There, they heard the retiring address of the 2024/2025 KS FFA State President, members across the state received awards, and the 2025/2026 state officers were announced.
Enjoyed this group of members and their representation of Chase FFA!! Looking forward to what next year has in store!

Day 2 (05/29) of FFA State Convention! Members started their morning watching and listening to the Leadership Development Event Finals, including the Discussion Meet and Extemporaneous Speaking, and attended the third session of the convention in the afternoon. The evening consisted of attending the State Band and Chorus concert, and members ended the night at the Ignite the Night at the KSU Rec Center, where they had pancakes, participated in the Dodgeball Tournament, the costume contest, and additional activities (sand volleyball, pickleball, basketball, dancing, etc).

Reminder, Chase Summer Weights starts TOMORROW!!
