Parents as Teachers will have a playgroup event today at their office : 800 S Workman in Lyons KS at 10 A.M. today! Children are welcome that are not yet school aged.
Yoga Night is coming Jan 19, at 6 p.m.


Chase High School will be hosting a JV Scholars Bowl meet on Monday, January 9th starting at 4:00 pm. If there any parents or interested partners that would be willing to help by Moderating (reading questions) or Judging (keeping score), please contact Mr. English at the High School (email englishp@usd401.com or call the school). Training will be provided to any that would like on that day (at 3:00) as well as food!
U.S.D. 401 is selling refurbished devices that are no longer needed. We have 2018 model laptops, iPad's and iPad Air 2's for sale for $50. These devices are sold as is the the iPads will not come with a charging block.
If you are interested in purchasing one please call the High School office and speak with Shelley. 620-938-2923. We will have them for sale until they are all gone.
To add a little holiday CHEER to our last three days before break, we are inviting everyone to dress up this week.

Reminder: We are asking all little ladies that attended the Kick’n Kats Cheer Camp to wear their tie dyed shirt for school tomorrow! (Friday)
Campers will perform during the varsity boys halftime, Friday December 16th. Please have your campers to the high school at 7:30 to review material with the CHS cheerleaders in the little gym.

Students in K-3rd grades learned about how to calm BIG EMOTIONS and return to your peaceful spot. We learned about breathing techniques, activites, and we made calming bottles for each student! Learning about self regulation is a lot of fun for the students and Dr. McDonald!
