Fall Picture Retakes – Thursday, November 12th
Dear Families,
Due to a camera issue during fall picture day, some student pictures may appear darker or have a shadow. We spoke with our Strawbridge representative, and they would like to retake these pictures to improve overall photo quality.
Picture retakes will be held on Thursday, November 12th, in the morning.
Please plan for your child to have their picture retaken so we can provide you with the best possible photo quality.
If your child was absent on fall picture day, please plan for them to have their picture taken on November 12th, even if you do not plan on purchasing photos. This will ensure we have a picture of every student for our school yearbook!

Parents still need to order pictures? Our NEW Code Lookup Tool is now available. They can simply scan the QR code and follow the directions to access their child's picture ordering gallery. No need to contact Customer Service for an access code! *Student last name and Student ID number will be required for data security.*

Our high school football season came to an end yesterday in a 82-51 loss to a tough 5-3 Marais Des Cygnes Valley team. The Chase Kats offense totaled 202 points on the season, the most by a Kats team since the fall of 2016 season, 10 years ago.
Also, junior Malik Carson surpassed the 1,000 rushing yard mark in the season in last nights game, finishing the season with 1,048 yards. We are very proud of Coach Nolan and his staff, as well as Malik and the rest of the team on their season of tremendous growth. Can't wait for more Chase Kats football next year!
We want to send a BIG thank you out to our County Clerk, Raechel Manley for bringing "Cookies with the County Clerk" to Chase! Kim Miller coordinated our sessions in Circle fashion with engaging questions for our students to ask. There were giggles, follow up questions, and some good "a-ha" moments.
Chase High School and Chase-Raymond Primary Intermediate would be honored to have our local veterans join us for our Veterans Day Assembly on November 11! We want to recognize and thank those who have bravely served our country. Chase-Raymond Awards Assembly is October 26th at 10:00 am in the CHS gym.
The Chase Grade School students (K-7) will be parading downtown in their costumes (weather permitting) on Friday, October 30, 2026.
We will begin parading at 12:45. Parents and community members can watch the parade on Main Street.
K – 7th Grade School Students CAN wear their costumes to school on Friday, October 30th.
Face Masks will not be allowed until the parade.
Class parties will begin as soon as we return from the parade downtown. If you have any questions, feel free to call the school at 620-938-2996.
The Chase Fire Department's annual trick-or-treat event will take place on Saturday, October 31, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Come experience fire truck rides and free will offerings. Hot dog/Hamburger feed.

Raymond Junior High 8th grader Kaden Hunter finished up his junior high football career last week playing with the Central Plains team. They finished the season 5-1, only losing to league champs Kinsley. We are super proud of Kaden and all of his hard work!
